Getting ready to send my baby off to High School, at the same time sending my first book (another baby to me) out into the world.... Wow! What a year 2012 is turning out to be. Wish me luck in surviving her high school years... And time is quickly approaching to send book two out into the world. The Truth comes out in December!

Today is release day! Book one, The Confession, is available on Amazon.com, Barnes&Noble.com and Crimonromance.com. It is such an incredible feeling knowing all of your years of hard work, dreaming, praying, cussing, and ripping your hair out has finally paid off! I want to thank those of you who continued to believe in me, to push me, to support me, and believed my stories should be told. And I want to welcome the readers who felt drawn to the story and hope you will fall in love with a family that has been torn apart by selfishness, and reunited by The Confession.  Happy Reading :)

I'm starting a new chapter of my life, and I'm so excited, I can't even find the words to explain. It's hard to believe a writer is speechless, but it happens.  I've dreamt of being a writer my entire life. I was always the girl with her nose in a book, from Little Women, to Little House on the Prairie, I'd devour each book and reach for the next one. I was that way then, and I'm that way now.

Sitting down and writing my first book was invigorating, challenging, and wonderful. The characters and scenes rolled through my head like a movie, and I couldn't wait to see what they did next. As are most first novels, mine is beneath the bed, covered in dust and lessons learned, waiting to be revised and brought back to life. But my next book, went a little smoother. In fact it grew in such a way it needed to be a trilogy. I'd learned the area's I needed to work on; character flaws, point of views, and not letting your secondary characters take over each chapter. You'll understand what I mean when you meet Aimee and  Lexie.  Aimee needed to find herself, and was able to do so in The Confession.  Lexie was my secondary character in my first book, and she was so strong, spunky, and opinionated, it wasn't a surprise to me that she demanded her own book.  In fact, it was during my first book that her story became clear. Sometimes a strong willed woman is her own worst enemy. Lexie learned that lesson in book two, The Truth.  You'll also meet Marissa, a strong woman with her head buried in the sand, afraid to face the truth in her own life.  Don't worry, she'll figure it out in book three, The Betrayal.

It's been a long road, but I can't express how happy I am that it's finally happening. Just knowing that someone will have their nose in my stories, devouring each book and reaching for the next one, makes the wait, worth it all.
